Alpine climbing in Peru's Cordillera Blanca is an incredible
experience every mountaineer should experience sometime in
their climbing careers. Our Peru climbing expedition is designed
for those who want an introduction to high altitude mountaineering.
Our choice of peaks, Ishinca & Tocclaraju, is perfect
as an introduction into South American technical alpine climbing.
We begin in the Peruvian mountain town of Huaraz where we
begin our acclimating process by travelling by private vehicle
to the high mountains for acclimating hikes and glacier travel
practise. Then it's on to the Ishinca Valley where we attempt
Ishinca, a perfect introductory peak. After Ishinca, it's
on to Tocclaraju, a moderately technical and spectacular 6000
meter peak.
We provide full logistical support including camp cooks,
mule support and professional American mountain guides well
versed in Peruvian mountain climbing. We believe in small
groups for high altitude climbing for everyone's enjoyment
and safety.
Join us on an Andes climbing expedition this year!
