Lassen
National Park is one of the oldest national parks
in the nation, founded after Lassen Peak exploded
in 1917. It is a less crowded summer and winter destination.
In winter, California Alpine Guides uses the diverse
winter climbing terrain for our intro to winter mountaineering
courses.
